Stirling Silver

Another special beer, this time to celebrate my son, John's Graduation at Stirling University in June.

Brewed with Optic Pale Malt, a small amount of wheat malt with Sterling (from the USA) and Bobek Hops.

A yellow / silver beer, with a good hop flavour and lovely aftertaste.  Those who tried the trial batch thought it very interesting and pleasant.  We hope you do too.
